Jose Flores, an Austin, Texas native and 6-time Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, has over 20 years of industry experience in documentaries and broadcast TV. After graduating with a degree in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas, he began his career by filming Austin’s thriving music scene, quickly discovering his strength in storytelling. This led to an internationally recognized career (Overseas Press Club Of America, Rory Peck Award), collaborating with renowned production companies and filmmakers to create thought-provoking cinematic narratives across multiple platforms.
